When you join the waitlist we store:
When you use the contact, demo or partner form, we also store what you fill in: your name, your store or website, your platform, the size of your list, your company and your message.
If you allow analytics or advertising cookies, Google, Microsoft and Meta also receive how you use this site, such as pages you visit and whether you sent a form. More on the cookie page.
We do not buy or combine data from other sources.
We keep your waitlist signup until we have sent the launch email, and for 12 months after that. We keep contact, demo and partner requests for 12 months after our last contact. Analytics data in Google Analytics is deleted after 14 months. If you ask us to remove anything sooner, we do.
We do not sell your data. A few companies process it for us under a data processing agreement:
If you allow advertising cookies, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. receives data about your visit for Facebook and Instagram ads. For that, Meta and we are jointly responsible under article 26 GDPR; Meta handles your rights for its part.
Elementor is based in Israel. The European Commission has decided that Israel protects personal data adequately, so that transfer needs no extra measures. Google, Microsoft and Meta may transfer data to the United States. They are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and their agreements also include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
This website uses cookies. Which ones, and how to change your choice, is on our cookie page.
You can ask us to show, correct, delete or hand over your data, to limit how we use it, or to stop using it. Email hello@unsolve.io and we answer within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If the change matters for you, we tell you by email first.
