Just hosting?
Managed WooCommerce hosting on its own is €39 per store per month. Add Mail and you pay €59 for both. The WooCommerce integration is separate and comes with every plan.
Trial and payment
You try it for 14 days. You add a payment method up front for €0.01; that cent comes off your first invoice. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
- Automatically by credit card. After the trial we charge your card every period. Nothing to do; the invoice arrives by email.
- By invoice with iDEAL. Every period you get an invoice by email with a payment link. You pay within 14 days with iDEAL or your card.
Not paid? We send three reminders. After a week, sending stops. You can still log in and your data stays.
The small print, kept small
- All prices exclude VAT. We charge 21% VAT; businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number pay no Dutch VAT (reverse charge).
- You only pay for contacts who may receive email. Unsubscribed and bounced contacts do not count.
- Pay yearly and get two months free.
- During the trial you can send up to 500 emails.
- Cancel any time, effective at the end of the current period.
- On the waitlist? You get 50% off your first three months.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I pay €0.01 for the trial?
It records your payment method and keeps abuse of the sending account out. The cent comes off your first invoice. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing more.
Can I pay with iDEAL?
Yes. Choose pay by invoice when you sign up: every month you get an invoice with an iDEAL link. With a credit card it happens automatically.
Which contacts count?
Only contacts who may receive email. Unsubscribed and bounced contacts are free.
What if I want to send more than 8 emails per contact per month?
Choose Mail with your own sender: you send through your own account and there is no limit from our side.
Can I cancel?
Always, effective at the end of the current period. Your data is kept.
Do I get an invoice with VAT?
Yes, every month by email. Businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number pay no Dutch VAT (reverse charge).
